I was given the opportunity to review a GrandBox. What you have never heard of a GrandBox? Well let me tell you all about them They are super cool!
The GrandBox a subscription box aimed at senior parents, grandparents, and other loved ones. Its a great way to show your loved ones that you are thinking about them. Each box is a new theme and includes at least five full-size items along with up to five family photos that you can add and even a personalized note.
As a grandma I was excited to see what these boxes were really like. Would it be something I would want? The box I received had a winter/holiday theme and it came at a great time I had the flu and needed something to cheer me up!
Included in my GrandBox was a jumbo print crossword puzzle book, a spiced mug mat from Alice's Cottage, MoMe Choc-0-Lait, Ritter Sport Chocolate Butter Biscuit, Caspari Hankies, and Snowflake Mints. Was a unique assortment of surprises to enjoy.
The Alice's Cottage spice mug mat is pretty cool it releases the scent of natural cinnamon, cloves and allspice with a cute plant in a watering can pattern on it.The Ritter Sport milk chocolate butter biscuit I didn't get a chance to taste with the flu it would not have tasted good no matter what but my son said it was really good and I guess it was he devoured the whole thing in minutes. LOL. The Snowflake Mints came in a tin container with about 40 or so mints I was not a fan of those but could have been my flu The Choc-0-Lait chocolate stick now that I saved until I was feeling better since I love chocolate. You simply put it in a glass of warm milk. It was yummy! The Caspari Hankies are cute Christmas light bulb patterned tissues. They are thicker than your typical Kleenex and not as soft.
The GrandBox is a subscription service that can be sent monthly, every three or six months. I as a grandparent would love to get this surprise box It would be such a great treat!
